• Toxic Visual Media retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The underlying AI models, custom workflows, and proprietary techniques remain the property of Toxic Visual Media.

04. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear briefs, necessary assets, and timely feedback. Delays in client response may result in adjusted delivery timelines.

05. Limitation of Liability

Toxic Visual Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
