01. Cancellation Policy
We understand that project requirements can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made before the commencement of production will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
- Strict Policy: Once production has officially started, no cancellations are accepted, and the advance payment is non-refundable to cover the resources, AI processing power, and creative time already invested.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address.
02. Refund Policy
Due to the digital, custom, and resource-intensive nature of our AI visual production services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced.
- No Refunds After Start: Once the project has entered the production phase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- If there is a technical error in the file provided, we will fix it free of charge as part of our quality guarantee.
- Refund requests based on creative differences or subjective preferences are not accepted, as we provide multiple revision rounds during the production process to align with your vision.
03. Revision Policy
To ensure client satisfaction, each project includes a specific number of revision rounds (as stated in your project proposal). Revisions allow for adjustments to the AI-generated content within the scope of the original brief.
04. Processing Refunds (Pre-Production)
In the event of a cancellation before production starts, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
